Service and return

Goods may be delivered for repair during our office hours. For forwarding goods for repair, to expedite the handling please adopt the procedure outlined below:

Enclose a copy of the invoice.
Enclose an elaborate fault description of/cause for the return.
Unless otherwise agreed, accessories should always follow the product.

I tilfælde af fejl ved varen, som hører ind under den 2-årige reklamationsret, returnerer JBO A/S varen uden forsendelsesomkostninger for køber indenfor Danmarks grænser ekskl. Grønland og Færøerne.

Repair of products not covered by warranty will be invoiced at EURO 70,00 per hour excl. VAT. This price does not include spareparts, other accessories or transport fee. The minimum rate is for half an hour.

JBO A/S yder 14 dages returret, såfremt varen fremstår som ny, ubrugt og er i original emballage.
Goods will only be accepted as returns subject to agreement, with enclosed invoice copy and delivered free.
Return of goods specially made or not included in the current pricelist/cataloque, may not be effected.
To cover handling charges on returns 15% of the invoice amount will be charged however a minumum of EURO 70,00.
