Delivery

The present General Terms and Conditions shall apply to products purchased from J. B. Olsen A/S.
J. B. Olsen A/S disclaims any responsibility/liability in relation to buyer in case of delay in delivery.

Goods in stock will be despatched on the day of receiving your order provided your order is in our hands not later that 11.00 am.
It should be added that delays in delivery of components and other accessories from our sub-suppliers may occur.
Our time of delivery is thus always an estimated time of delivery.

When orders are received via the www.jbo.dk web site, the total cost will be calculated excluding cost of transport. The total amount incl. VAT will appear from our order confirmation.

Forwarding of goods will be by one of vendors selected forwarding agents unless otherwise agreed. Delivery terms are EX Works. Applicable to countries outside the EU delivery method is DAP and the freight fee will be charged seperately on the invoice.

If upon receipt the goods shown signs of transport damage, buyer shall contact the carrier.
J. B. Olsen A/S shall not be responsible/liable for covering any transport damage.
