Supplies shall be delivered against cash payment unless a credit agreement has been made. All prices are cash prices and no cash discount will be granted.
Credit may be granted to business and public institutions subject to a positive credit approval. If a date of payment is exceeded J. B. Olsen A/S shall be entitled to debit interest at the rate of 2,0 per cent per month commenced counting from the due date until full payment is made.
